The counters in the kitchen are all on one lower level, the guest bath with shower has a built-in shower seat and an adjustable rail for assisstance with the toilet. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be seperated into singles. The 2nd bedroom has 2 singles. There is a dining table with space for 6 at least and ample seating in the living room and on the large terrace. FAb roof top infinity pool and entertainment area, totally wheelchair accessible. We thank you for not smoking. The rates are $1000 per week, July 1 through October 15, $1200 per week, October 16 through June 30 with the exception of Christmas week, New Years week, and Easter 2 weeks, $1500 per week.
