Only monthly rentals are available from now to mid October. Electricity is extra. All rents are paid directly to Canadian owner by wire transfer or check.

Booking Policy: 50% of rental paid at the time of booking, 2nd 50% due 30 days before start of rental

Damage Deposit: there will be a mandatory $500 usd damage deposit due at check in. This deposit will be refunded after the bill is received and assuming that there are no damages.

Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days before start of rental, a cash refund of 50% of monies paid or 100% applied to a future rental within 1 year, subject to availability. 30 days or less, no refund

Due to safety concerns, children under 10 are discouraged.
